Free Diagnostic

We provide a free of cost diagnostic service to every customer. This allows us to more accurately get a sense of what issues your device may have. Sometimes you may have issues that you didn’t even know you had. This allows us to determine the exact nature of your issue as well as any contributing factors. Once the diagnostic is complete we can more accurately discuss the cost of your repair.

Computer Repair

We can fix most issues quickly and for a relatively low cost. Our dedicated staff will do our best to give you an accurate timeline to your repair. However some repairs may take a bit longer. We believe in constant contact and will keep you in the loop with a call or text alerts to let you know how your repair is going and when to expect your computer back.

Computer Recycling

If you have old computers, laptops, desktops or even tablets or phones we can help you recycle them in an environmentally conscious way. Don’t just throw away your device and contribute to the landfills. Electronics are full of caustic materials and most can be 100% recycled to create new electronics for future products and generations. Be kind to mother earth and recycle!

Diagnostics are always FREE

We provide a free no cost diagnostic service to every customer so we can more accurately quote the exact nature and cost of your repair.

$75 per hour for general labor

Our general labor rates are lower than the competition at only $75 per hour. Hourly rates are used for non specific repairs where the exact nature of the issues are unknown or do not have a specific prescribed fix. Some repairs have a fixed cost and include no hourly rate.

Discounts on some services

We value education and understand students and educators are under pressure financially. Student loans are insane and teachers don’t get paid nearly enough for their critical role in students futures.
